Book of poems
Available in print

DRIVING DOWNTOWN TO THE SHOW takes the reader through a journey of the unappreciated indie musician playing night after night in smoke-filled dive bars all for the love of music. Every poem in this collection references an indie band that has played in Atlanta, specifically at the Drunken Unicorn, The Earl, or the Star Bar. Paying tribute to the entire metro area of Atlanta (OTP and ITP alike!), DRIVING DOWNTOWN TO THE SHOW serves as a love letter to this growing city and its diverse artists.

COILED AND SWALLOWED (2010)
Book of poems – Virgogray Press
Available in print

COILED AND SWALLOWED from Virgogray Press, is an emotional roller coaster journey that includes getting dumped in Union Square, spinning with pantoums, and marvelling at carpet. Amelia Cook of Blackheart Magazine says about the collection, “While most of the poems in COILED AND SWALLOWED are written in free verse and sprawl enthusiastically like a drunk sorority girl across a bed, Crawford flirts with form in a few poems. This serves as a reminder to the reader: Crawford’s not just a young woman jotting down her thoughts. These poems are well-made—each one is crafted the way Crawford, also a musician, would piece together the lyrics and chords of a song.”
